Vehicle inspection company Automotive Technologies Limited (ATL), which covers the New Zealand import market, has received global standard accreditation.
It’s been accredited to ISO/IEC 17020:2012 as a “Type A” inspection body. This is one of the most rigorous and well-regarded standards in the world, which provides assurance that inspection services are performed accurately to international standards.
The accreditation demonstrates ATL’s focus on providing the highest quality, consistent and independent inspection services performed by experienced and technically skilled staff.
“Achieving ISO/IEC 17020:2012 accreditation provides further recognition to the hard work and dedication that the ATL team have to provide independent inspections that can be trusted,” general manager Jacob Bates says.

- Pre-shipment border inspection (cars and trucks)
- Pre-shipment biosecurity inspections (cars, trucks, car parts and tyres on rims as inner cargo)
- Pre-shipment odometer integrity inspections
